A retreat you don't want to miss - a full day of mind, body, and soul for entrepreneurs who are done building everyone else's version of success.
Reserve Your SpotThe problem isn't that you stopped caring about your life.
It's that you built a business to have one - and somewhere in the building, the life went quiet.
You hit the goals. You kept the promises. You did everything right.
And still, some part of you is waiting for permission to actually live the life you built.
There's a reason this question runs my whole life. I have a story about it.
I'm telling the real version on July 31 - in the room.
This is the day you take your life back.
One full day, designed to bring you back to yourself - in your mind, your body, and your soul. This isn't a conference. It's a reset.
It starts in the mind. Open with the keynote - This Life Gets to Be Yours - go deeper at the mastermind tables, then bring your real questions to an expert Q&A panel: Amber Lilyestrom, Lauren Magenta, and Gabbie - leaders who chose alignment over achievement and got further because of it.
We've been up in our heads all day - now we drop in. Guided breathwork with Lauren Teller (Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor), an optional cold plunge for the brave, and a happy hour for everyone. Come home to your body.
We close in joy. A dance party - DJ, good music, no judgment - because joy is the whole point. You'll leave lighter than you came.
Doors 9 AM - 6 PM ...plus a few things we're keeping as a surprise.
You walk into the room and immediately exhale. Coffee is hot. Music is playing. There's a table with your name on it - and the small group of people you'll spend the whole day becoming with.
No name tags with corporate titles. No awkward networking circles. No one asking "so what do you do?" as a way to size you up.
Just a room full of business owners, creators, and builders who made something real - and are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through it.
You sit down. You open your journal. And for the first time in a long time, you give yourself a full day to stop running the business and start remembering why you built it.
By the time you leave, you'll have cried (probably), laughed (definitely), said something out loud you've never said before, plunged into cold water (yes, really), danced like nobody was watching, and walked out with one clear next step that's actually yours.
This isn't a conference. This is the day your business starts working for your life instead of the other way around.
You don't need another course. You need a day in a room that changes the way you see what you've built.
For 15+ years I worked in financial auditing, corporate accounting, and CFO consulting. On paper, I was doing it right. The degrees. The career. The salary. All of it.
And I was still performing in a life that didn't feel like mine. So I walked away to build The Profit Mama - because the numbers were never the whole story.
Since then I've worked with dozens of business owners - childcare operators, speech therapists, cocktail founders, textile designers, dietitians, dog membership startups - helping them get profitable, pay themselves, and stop guessing. And I've learned the same thing over and over again:
No amount of strategy will stick if the stories underneath are sabotaging your sense of worth.
Here's the part nobody warns you about: you start a business for your life - more freedom, more time, more room to breathe - and somewhere in the building, you hand your life back to the business. You become the bottleneck of the very thing that was supposed to set you free.
This retreat is the day I wish I'd had. A full day to stop running the business and start remembering why you built it. The keynote I've been writing my whole life. Tables where the work becomes yours. A panel of people who chose themselves and got further because of it. Breathwork. Cold water. A dance party. And - at the end - a clear path forward, if you want one.
This life gets to be yours. I'd love to be in the room when you choose it.
With love & appreciation,
Gabbie

What we did last year changed everything. It really, truly permitted me to be profitable - like, the system finally set me up to actually make money in my own business. I'm so grateful for everything we created.- Rachael Green, Founder of Swizzled
We meticulously went through our past and present numbers together to bring the bank the most accurate picture. Our debt service coverage ratio is now greater than 1.15. The hard work paid off - and I finally feel like I'm not flying blind.- Maureen Ord, Owner of A Place To Grow (Wingate, NC)
There was a period where every month I was borrowing from another account because I wasn't making it. Now I always have enough. I never have to worry. And this year - I'm getting a tax return for the first time in five years.- Margaret Gay, Owner of 27Teas
I had two months with no inventory, no revenue, and I thought everything was falling apart. It turned out to be two months of preparation disguised as failure. I cleaned up my shipping costs, got real clarity on my margins, and tightened my whole financial system. Then I signed a major retail contract. Working with Gabbie always rocks my world.- Meredith Hudson, Founder of Sideline Bags
